NEW CONDITIONS FOR REFUND
Effective Jan 25, 2009 .

1. IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR REFUND YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER.   Your returns must be mailed out within 4 days of requesting a return authorization.

2. REQUEST FOR RETURNS AFTER 7 DAYS WILL NOT BE HONORED AND YOUR RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Returns that are shipped out more than 4 days after a Return Authorization is granted, will not be accepted.

3. All items must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped Jewelry that has been worn or damaged by the customer will not be credited.

4. If you receive an item that is damaged - please contact us immediately for return and refund instructions. All claims for damaged merchandise must be recieved within 48 hours of delivery. We will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

5.RETURN POLICY SALE MERCHANDISE:
Unless otherwise noted on a product page, all sale merchandise carries our full "I'm In Love" Guarantee !

6. IMPORTANT: FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY:

All orders totaling more than $60 ship free Priority Mail.

However, if you return an item , causing your orignal order total to drop below $60, then a $4.95 shipping charge will be deducted from the credit on your return.

FREE SHIPPING IS ONLY FOR ORDERS where at least $60 of the merchandise purchased is not returned.

7. RETURNS OVER $150.00 - All single orders with a merchandise return total of $150 or more will be charged a 20% restocking fee, to be deducted from your return;   the cost of the original shipping fees will also be deducted from your returned mechandise.

There is no restocking fees for returns under $150.00 per order.
